Fans will not have to wait too much longer because the final season officially drops on August 20. The whole season will be released all at once so you can just watch every episode in one weekend without stopping.

According to Deadline, Season 5 will be released as a binge drop after Season 4 was split into two batches.

Sneak Peek Photos Show a European Trip
Netflix shared some cool new photos showing the characters locked up and dealing with trouble overseas. The pictures tease that they eventually make their way back home to Kildare Island for more intense drama and crazy situations. Deadline reported that first-look photos place the Pogues in a European setting before they return to the Outer Banks.
Promising a Satisfying Ending for Fans
The creators promised that all the messy storylines will be wrapped up nicely by the very end of the show. Everyone involved hopes the fans will really love this last ride out to the surf break when it finally drops. Speaking to Deadline, creators Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke said they believe fans will be satisfied with how the story wraps up.
